These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kort mobile application (the "App") operated by JOULE STUDIOS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Kort provides AI-generated fitness suggestions, not medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. JOULE STUDIOS LLC is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of the App or following its suggestions.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate workout recommendations and coaching responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and is not a substitute for professional personal training, physical therapy, or medical advice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

You retain ownership of the information you provide through the App (messages, workout data, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen. Account deletion permanently removes all of your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts engaged in abuse of the AI service or other prohibited activities.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOULE STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOULE STUDIOS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JOULE STUDIOS LLC regarding your use of the App.
